University of Nebraska at Kearney, where he was inducted into the Epsilon Pi Tau Honor Society and served as Fundraising Chairman for the Construction Management Organization (CMO)—leading a campaign that raised over $2,000 for the American Cancer Society. He was awarded the first ever Larry Kuski Service Award by CMO.

Nitsche holds the experience of a CM-BIM certification, as well as credentials in OSHA safety, Grade 1 Concrete Field Testing, and BIM project management. His expertise drives Dream Catcher Dynamics’ reputation for efficient, accurate, and cost-saving construction solutions across Nebraska and beyond.

Outside of work, William gives back through volunteer coaching, Habitat for Humanity, teaching safety courses, and mentoring local youth. When he’s not helping others build their dreams, he’s outdoors with his wife and two children—or in his workshop, growing plants and experimenting with his 3D printer (often building whatever his wife requests next).
