Introducing Dream Catcher Dynamics

MISSION STATEMENT:

It is our mission to strive to be a continuous beacon of imagination and implementation - not only through the development of infrastructure to positively impact our local economy, but also to encourage the next generation of designers, engineers, modelers and builders through mentorship and scholarship.

Dream Catcher Dynamics combines innovation with flawless execution using state of the art sub-millimeter precision calibrated equipment to create digital “to-scale” modeling. This allows for prefabrication of construction materials, eliminating errors in the construction process by increasing efficiency in schedule duration and materials used. Fabrication in a controlled environment and bench height also nearly eradicates on-site injuries, deceasing EMR and reducing insurance rates.

Our confidence to deliver Design Services, In-Field Layout, Existing Environment Data Capture and other custom needs comes from 10 years of experience. Technology has and continues to advance at a phenomenal rate, and it’s our aim to grow with the evolving construction industry by utilizing the latest technology to implement proven practices and theories. We believe that proper planning and collaboration with clients is crucial for turning their dreams into reality. And that guiding a client through a fluid design process allows for the highest quality and satisfaction.

In addition providing quality Building Information Technology for community development in public an private sectors, Dream Catcher Dynamics also has a passion for historical preservation through the use of scanned data; a drive to help shift culture to environmentally friendly building practices; and a heart to encourage, empower and support youth in Lincoln County who have a desire to work in the construction field.

We not only want to advocate the tools and ideas that are driving the rapid advancement of civilization today, but also plant seeds to give youth hope for a greater future - to instill a belief that all dreams are worth pursuing, and that with hard work and vision you can catch those dreams and turn them into reality.

About the Owner

William Ray Nitsche: President & CEO

After a life-changing car accident, William Ray Nitsche founded Dream Catcher Dynamics, Inc. in 2019. Unwilling to be held back by new physical challenges in the workplace, Nitsche took a distant dream and constructed it into reality by starting a business out of his living room. There, (with the help of his furry assistants Charlie, M.J. and Frankenstein) he has continued to share his passion and creative innovation for the construction field through modeling.

Nitsche’s passion for the construction field goes back to the day he was strong enough to hold a hammer. Growing up in Sutherland, Nebraska with his handyman of a dad, Nitsche began learning how to build at a young age - including his own home after a storm blew a tree through the roof.

After graduating from Hershey High School, Nitsche earned his Associate of Science from McCook Community College before going on to receive a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Nebraska at Kearney. He then earned his Certificate of Management in Building Information Modeling (CM-BIM) shortly after. He has certifications in OSHA, Grade 1 Concrete Field Testing and BIM Management.

When Nitsche isn’t working, he enjoys giving back to the community through volunteerism, such as coaching for the Hershey baseball team, helping Habitat for Humanity, teaching children about fire arm safety, refereeing basketball and serving concessions with the Hershey Booster Club.

Nitsche also enjoys spending time with family, exploring the outdoors, growing plants and experimenting with his 3D printer.
